GBS was first certified ISO: 9002:1994 company in 1999. GBS got certified to ISO 9001:2000 standard in 2002. GBS has upgraded its quality systems and is now certified to ISO:9001:2008 for Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2004 for Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. GBS has further upgraded its Quality System Manual as per ISO 9001-2015, EMS as per ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007. GBS switched over to ISO 45001-2018 from OHSAS 18001 : 2007 in 2019 as per latest standard released by ISO. GBS products are also approved by the RDSO (Research Design and Standard Organization) and various other users like MNC’s , PSU’s , Power Projects etc.  

GBS has its own laboratory for NDT/DT, Salt Sprey test Facilities. GBS also has complete spring testing facilities like Hardness, Surface Finish, Fatigue Test, Load Test, Lateral Testing, Spectrometer etc. 

GBS has been certified by DQS Gmbh for IRIS Certification Conformity assessment: 2020 and based on ISO / TS : 22163-2017 for the activity of Manufacturing of Hot Coiled Helical Springs, Laminated Bearing (leaf springs) & Side Bearer Assembly.
